"Nice place. A little cramped for five of us but good value for the money spent. Washer worked but dryer didn't. We ended up having clothes stuck in there for a long time overnight and in the morning when we rsna the dryer a few times. Checkout is at 1000am so at 1024 they knocked saying we need to leave. That's on us but I don't think I've ever gotten a knock before. He gave us til 1107am since wet clothes were still and in the dryer for multiple hours. They still didn't dry so we had to...

The lounge area was nice for relaxing, and there is a little outdoor seating area that was very pleasant. Great location for exploring Royal Mile and surrounding area."
