"Our only complaints was the low water pressure and the room was only serviced once in the 4 nights we stayed, even though I spoke to them about it daily. One day they came we had a 'do not disturb' door hanger because we were there a short while but they never checked back. Also would like the minimum temp for the A/C thermostat to be 70, not 72, due to the humidity. Made it a little warm for sleeping. Otherwise, the place was modern and clean, and we loved having the made to order breakfast...

"Very nice facility with lots of amenities. The on-site restaurant was amazing with fantastic and reasonably priced food with a staff beyond compare. There is also an on-site water tour company and equipment rental place that run tours to Starfish Point and Stingray City from the dock on property. Super convenient!!"
