"The staff was super pleasant and kind - especially the front desk staff. I guess my biggest gripe is that the pool area isn't very inviting. It's not well lit at night and just generally felt like it needed tlc. The restaurant doesn't have much of a vibe and the food is bland but fine. The coffee sucks but it is what you expect at a hotel. "I stayed two nights here, my first room didn't have hot water for showers and the second room's thermostat battery was low and the air conditioning wasn't working properly as a result. Plus check out is super early at 10 am for some reason, and their policy is to charge you $25 to extend it to 11am. "I was only staying one night and there was no dining room available but the staff were very helpful directing me to a sister hotel which was a very good standard. My room was extremely clean and very comfortable, would definitely recommend. "

"Broken toilet half way through our stay. One outside staff member was very slow on taking orders and was rather unresponsive to trying and getting our order placed. Eventually we got our waters and Nacho's but the tortillas were all very soggy and said it was probably because the staff that delivers the orders took it to the wrong location.
