We inadvertently booked a superior double room for one person including breakfast, as a result there was only one towel in the room, when we asked for another towel they could have let us know the error, we did pay for the additional breakfasts. "The staff were incredibly professional and helpful. I couldn't fault any one of them but I would mention abby particularly. The service was impeccable and the food was very food. Breakfast was so good and there was a lot of choice. We had a pool room which was perfectly positioned next to the pool which was clean with loungers and seating. I would highly recommend a visit here and we will certainly visit again."

"A good location with car parking at the back. Comfy beds, although our room was a bit small. If we had have been staying more than one night we would have wanted a bigger room. The food for breakfast and dinner was of good quality and the staff were very friendly. A large beer garden at the rear and a large screen to watch the football on."

"Such a lovely traditional pub with good accommodation, situated in a pretty rural setting, a short drive away from Pickering. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. My husband and I had an evening meal in the pub which was excellent, as was breakfast the following morning. Pet friendly. Would definitely recommend the Horseshoe Inn."

"I was in room 10 which was very nice but it was next to the kitchen so you could hear the extractor up until about 8 pm also you couldn’t have your widow open during this time. The rest of my stay was perfect, breakfast choice and quality very good ,evening meal very good, staff excellent and ample parking. Outside at the rear was a lovely large garden with plenty of seating for drinks. This was my second visit this year and I would definitely stay here again."
