"Food was terrible. Trolley wheels were broken and no staff helped us get our things to our room."

"While our stay was pleasant overall, the bathroom in our room requires some attention. The door is quite difficult to shut and requires a firm push to close completely. Additionally, there are also noticeable gaps in the bathtub tiling that need repair, which doesn't quite match the quality you would expect from a 3-star property."

"I was excited to stay here as it was an upgrade from the other 2 hotels/motels we stayed at. Upon entering I was reminded of a nursing home facility, as the lobby had a distinctive unpleasant smell to it. The front desk clerk was very nice and friendly. The room was a little smaller than so had an anticipated, but still comfortable."

"We had reserved two handicapped rooms with roll in showers. They had overbooked the amenities so only one room had the shower. It took us 20 minutes to check in because the gentleman was on the phone with a customer who was going week by week for rentals. Our room, 418, did not have a blackout curtain. There was dirt that was in the center of the floor in both rooms that could possibly have been from not changing the filters. "We love this place. That said this year we arrived during a power outage and had been placed in a pet friendly room (we did not have pets with us). I said it would be okay as they couldn't move us due to power outage. The room was not up to par as it has lots of hair (pet and human?) all over one of the beds. Our porch was also missing both chairs. That said we love the property. Dinner at the lodge was amazing. As this was our 5th year, we will be back next year and hope this year was just a...

"Property was in okay condition for the price. Room fridge was loud. Breakfast sub-par."

"Check in was quick and friendly. We had our dog so we were put in one of the designated "pet rooms"; that made me a little worried that it would be dirty, but it wasn't at all! Room, bed, linens, and bathroom were all spotless. The fridge and microwave were good to have as well. The pet relief area was right outside our room, equipped with pick up bags and a trashcan. We'd definitely stay here again if in the area!"

"Very clean and well maintained. Maybe a little understaffed, but nice friendly people. Plenty of parking. There are no restaurants or shops close by. There was no coffee making equipment in the room. Breakfast is not available but there is coffee available in the lobby at breakfast time."
