"A lovely hotel very (easy walk with bags) close to the railway station and tram stops. Walkable to old town (10-15 minutes) and a good breakfast. The room was modern with the refrigerator stocked with some soft drinks, juice, beer and Prosecco included. Extremely helpful staff who made us dinner recommendations and reservations at a local restaurant 5 minutes from the hotel door. A nice grocery store was also next door where we purchased salads and sandwiches. Would stay again. "

"Booked a room for two adults and one child. When we got to our room, the sofa bed was not made, found a spare duvet and pillow in the cupboard but no sheet. My son just used the duvet to wrap himself. The next day, our room was cleaned, bed was made, but not the sofa bed.
