"Chambre annulée sur place alors que payée. Très mauvais accueil. Surbooking pour atterrir à 2kms… un Mercure… attention de ne pas confondre Surbooking et Dol.
Une fois arrivé au Mercure 4*… Télévision qui ne fonctionne pas, plus de place sur le parking à 20:30, pas de gel douche dans la SDB… pour un surclassement en 4 étoiles… c’est limite… très limite. Il faudrait penser à se poser les bonnes questions. Personnellement je ne me les pose plus concernant ces deux établissements ; a fuir, next....

"Two of us stayed one night, staff were friendly and rooms comfortable. Quite rural location with ample parking, they even locked our motorbikes in a garage for the night. Breakfast was very basic but adequate. Didn’t have dinner but looked like a busy popular restaurant. Made an excellent stopover."

"Our experience at Demeure Flore was exceptional and one of a kind. Fracesco welcomed us warmly and made us the best meal of our trip which we enjoyed in his lovely garden nestled in the French countryside. Our room was spacious and sparkling clean and it was like finding an oasis after a few long days of travel. The only sad thing was we were only able to stay one night. We hope to return some day. "Personnel très accueil au téléphone, aucun problème la dessus. Malheureusement, l'hôtel est très mal insonorisé phonétiquement mais thermique également. Les radiateurs doivent être bloqués car malgré la hausse de température demandé il faisait très froid dans la chambre. La porte fermée à clé laissait passée beaucoup d'air froid!!! Voir photo avec le jour qui passe alors que la porte est fermée"

"No dinner service because it was a weekend. Came down for breakfast around 7:30-8:00 and every table had dirty dishes on it, while staff were just hanging out at the front desk. I had to bus a table myself then scramble around looking for clean dishes to eat on. Noticed staff pointing at me and talking about me rather than helping me. Worst service I had my entire 3 week trip to 3 countries."

"What an amazing stay. Christope and Patrick were so warm and kind. Hugo the dog is absolutely beautiful and also a wonderful host - The best boi ever. They have renovated the château beautifully. Everything is perfection - they have wonderful taste. They have thought of so many little touches to make your stay absolutely wonderful. The food there is top notch, and great drinks list that is well priced. I can not wait to go back. Do yourself a favour and book it. "
