"I have been to this location/hotel several times and we really like it here. Its only 3 miles to the beach,its clean,they have a great breakfast and free bottled water at the desk. Room is spacious and clean. Bed is super comfortable with a nice size tv. This is our go to jersey shore hotel"

"Not sure why the average Expedia review was 9/10. The hotel was ok. The floor in our room had 3 wet spots on the floor when we checked in (we didn’t bother telling the front desk). Otherwise the room was fine and clean, but dated and worn. Breakfast was a basic continental breakfast as indicated by hotel, and was as expected and satisfactory. The breakfast room was cute and fit the historic vibe with of the hotel lobby and building."

"Room is clean but there was no hair dryer, refrigerator and microwave inside the room in which some comfort inns have. Breakfast was good."

"The hotel is a little dated and worn but its a great value for the area. The location is awesome. The pool is clean and internet TV are perfect. They just need a little better WIFI signal."

"We booked this hotel because it has an outdoor pool. When we got there, front desk person said pool was open until 9pm. When we went to try to use the pool, gate was locked. We went to check with the front desk and another receptionist said pool is closed and will not open at all during our stay. I would not have booked this hotel had I known pool was closed."

"The hotel doesn’t have a microwave so be prepared to eat your entire in one sitting. I didn’t realize this when I booked. Also, there’s no iron in the room."

"Everything is outdated and old from the small tv in the room to the old carpets that had stain. The room smelled like cigarettes. I booked so I could take my son to the pool but I definetly wouldn't come back."
