"Huge disappointment!! Money spent not worth the experience. Phones down couldn’t communicate with staff on site. Tents are filthy, need to be deep cleaned. Dusty and dirty. Cobwebs in almost all the corners. Dead bugs all over the light fixture in my shower. The grounds leave a lot to be desired not groomed at all. Not picturesque at all!! "Great that it’s across the street from the beach. Plants on their front porches need some TLC and clean up around the floor where they sit. Old hotel with thin walls and floors, could hear everything on the floor above us. Otherwise, nicely decorated, clean bathroom. I would stay again, but on the top floor."

"Everything was great only thing for me was there was no microwave in the room and it would been nice to have a coffee pot as well. But they do provide it but you have to walk down and use it..being on the third floor it was a bit inconvenient for me . But great spot and nice environment and the staff are really nice .. and the room was very clean and once again location to beach and downtown is awesome ."

"All was wonderful till the end. Good location by many great spots for food, drink, and waterfront. Unfortunately at the end of out visit my Mom fell out front hitting her glasses, nose, teeth, hand, knee. When I asked for an ice pack or first aid kit at the front desk, they had nothing. An empty kit and apparently no ice machine."

"The front desk staff were so helpful with information. On yhe shuttles and the outlet mall down the road. They were very friendly. The morning breakfast was good and had a variety of options. I was very needy and there was one lady who was so nice and willing to cater to my requests. I really wish I got her name but she was the shorter of the 2 that were working that area in the morning. "The reception desk was behind bulletproof glass, suggesting a concern about safety, but then the elevator didn't have a key card reader to prevent unauthorized access to upper floors. Hmmm. The floors in the halls and in the rooms are all uncarpeted hard surfaces so you can hear every door closing in the hallway, making it very difficult to sleep."

"Nice clean motel in a safe location. The only negative is the loud road noise until at least 1 am. For some reason obnoxiously loud motorcycles and sports cars were constantly passing by the motel the night I stayed there."
