"Love the property and the Wonderful team. Breakfast options could be improved and takeaway breakfast packaging and options can be improved. "

"I very rarely leave reviews but Ishq was exceptional. If you are looking for an alternative to big, chain hotels this small, intimate property is perfect. Beautiful rooms and spaces with personal service. Food exceptional. Thanks Darshana."

"The staff were really helpful, especially the check in team, and the driver who took me back to the airport."

"The stay, food, and customer service were fantastic. Special thanks to Asinsala; she was fantastic, and when we extended our stay by another day, she helped us program our room keys so we didn't have to go to reception. I will high-key recommend this place to go and have a great experience"

"What a hidden gem. Hard to find but well worth it. The art is fantastic. Breakfast was cooked to order and delicious!! Staff extremely accommodating."

"Impossible to get breakfast, staff incompetent and unhelpful"

"I have travelled the World extensively, and this property is possibly my favourite of any I have stayed in. It maintains old world colonial character and charm, with its very high standards, excellent staff, and wonderfully relaxed atmosphere. We stayed 8 years ago and have been planning g a return since. "Bel établissement bien situé . Convivial et tres bon petit déjeuner copieux sous forme de buffet ."

"スリランカ国立博物館から徒歩5分程の立地です。メイン通りから一本入った所にあるため、少し見つけにくいのでご注意を。建物内はクラシックな感じで、手入れされていて清潔でした。シャワーの温度、水量も十分。プールはコンパクトですが綺麗に保たれており、楽しめました。朝食も美味しかったです。とても満足のいく滞在でした！"

"I've stayed at quite a few of the nicest hotels in Colombo over the past few years, both with my family and alone, and I'm really pleased I tried ITC this year. It's probably now my joint favourite alongside the Hilton Colombo Residences. It is superior to the Shangri-La (where the rooms are shoeboxes and the feeling is sterile) and Mt Lavinia (which seems too obsequious to a colonial past!). The lobby area is great and I felt like spending a lot of time there. The vibe feels more high end Sri...

"Its a sound enough hotel for the business traveler but otherwise pretty ordinary. It's in a shabby part of town with no local ameities or attractions worth the bother. The bar is dismal and the restaurant poor. The staff do a good job of making the best of the little they have to wotk with."

"Would recommend. Good location. Nice and quiet area. Room was very clean. Nice hotel overall"

"Staff were the best, property needed upgrading"
