"The property is new, its great. But the TV is not set up for use, an there are no channels available. Also WiFi didn't work even with correct information having been input. These seem like small things but they are assumed to work, and when you arrive back to your room late, I dont have the patience to run these issues down"

"The ac must have a motion detector to turn on the guest programmed temperature. As long as we were in the room, like at night time, the AC worked. But if you set it at 70, and are gone all day hoping to walk into a cool room, it will not turn on until we walked into the room. Parking is terrible due to the daily events in there multiple event centers. Ice machine on 5th floor did not work the whole stay. I appreciate the have a heart mouse traps in ice rooms, but very gross to be visible to...

"Very old property with shabby maintenance. Nobody at the front desk for check in. Had to wait for over 15 minutes for someone to show up. Most of the guest rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floor with no elevator. The hotel predates the ADA, so not friendly for people with disabilities. Room climate control was set on full cool but only managed to keep the room at 74°F."

"I never heard of a booked room the guest having to request to be cleaned after the room is given to the guest. Every hotel I've been to the room given to me is always clean. Here at La Quinta the room was given to me dirty. The bathroom was disgusting and so dirty. The employee at the front desk told me that the room is given to the guest dirty and that I have to request to get it cleaned. I've never heard anything like this before. "The staff were always available and very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were nicely furnished and clean. Lots of hot water in the shower."

"Air conditioning in the lobby where the hotel bistro was was broken so it was quite warm there. The room we were given had a wet rug near the coffee maker and the faucet in the bathroom leaked from the fixture all over the counter. They moved us to a different room and the toilet overflowed. It was fixed by the time we returned but none of it left us with a great feeling. Probably wouldn’t stay there again."
