"A Turkish person said this was a 5-star hotel, which definitely is not. I'm not a hotel snob, and thought this was a very clean hotel but there were minor things like the way things were fixed were slabbed with caulking or not straight. Also, our bathroom shower drain backed up the whole 3 days we were there. The rooms smell like cigarettes even in non-smoking rooms. The food was pretty good and overall, the rooms were clean. "I booked this hotel to relax after doing the ancient archeological sites in Eagean side of Turkey. We had a late check in. And after our check in we went directly to spa thermal pool and hammam section. We have been informed that it will be closed at 10:30pm. Fair enough. But the pool attendant pulled us out of the pool by 10:15, after which we went to hammam then the attendant barged in the hammam section at 10:25. I would expect a little more courtesy instead of being thrown out of the facility. Secondly the breakfast spot at the hotel didn’t have a window. It was more like a school cafeteria. I would not recommend this place if you’re looking for a 5 star service. I would only give it 4 stars."
