"The valet employee was rude. The front desk staff person at check-in didn’t smile at all. So customer service could really use some help. Lastly, the bed was uncomfortable. I tossed and turned all night. However, the hotel itself seemed clean and modern."

"Pre-paid parking with in/out privileges…however, no one mentions that you need to stay in your spot on concert day. We went out - came back and the garage was full. Had to park down the street. Hotel waived THEIR parking fee but not what we had to pay elsewhere. We booked the hotel simply for location and parking.
Someone from management was supposed to contact me yesterday - no word from anyone.
Someone’s false fingernail stuck in the chair, no microwave or coffee maker in the room.
Do better!"
