Zimmer sind sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet..Hier und da wären ein paar mehr Steckdosen angebracht. Der Gastgeber, sowie Personal sind sehr engagiert und herzlich, so dass man sich willkommen fühlt. "We thoroughly enjoyed this quaint hotel during our stop in Pasewalk in October 2023. The room was very large and clean. Onsite parking was convenient. The restaurant in the basement was excellent. We stayed until they closed!"

"von 10.00 bis 18.00 versucht Rezeption zu erreichen um Buchung zu ändern. Niemand erreichbar oder belegt. Rückruf nach 18.30 , da war jedes Gespräch sinnlos. Mag ja nettes Hotel sein aber nen Telefonhörer abzunehmen sollte möglich sein innerhalb von 8 Stunden. Daher bestimmt niocht wieder."
