"Pros: the beds and bedding are soft, the rooms are large. The drink voucher thing is cool and the restaurant has a decent breakfast though insanely pricey. Cons: The staff made it a complete nuisance that I wanted to extend my stay by a day, making it literally impossible to do so! Extremely frustrating. The pool is about the size of a hot tub and has a ton of pool toys, but it literally anyone else is using it there’s no space."

"Very convenient to the light rail system, one block away. Free breakfast offered many different selections. staff was pleasant."

"The cleaning staff were very unprofessional. They would ride up and down the elevator talking very loud to each other in a foreign language. I had one cleaning lady stop the elevator jump in push different buttons and then jump off because her cleaning friend was on the elevator. I yelled at her as she jumped off only to have her yell back in her foreign language. The cleaning staff were very disrespectful."

"Remembering it's a historic hotel, it's classic. I love old, so it was quaint, and the room was roomy with another area that had a desk. There is no elevator and has 5-6 steps to enter the hotel, so that's something people should be aware of. The staff was very accommodating since I was assigned a 2nd floor room after requesting 1st floor, but they quickly fixed it. It's SO close to the space needle, restaurants, and a supermarket. I would definitely do this again. We did not use a car, so...

"Bed and bathroom had hair from previous guest, the walls are scratched up from people moving furniture, the location is farther from climate pledge than originally stated and you can hear people opening and closing rooms throughout the night."
