We were very disappointed with many things... firstly the hotel needs to work on its maintenance part. The bathroom showers were broken n tap nozzles were too tight n clogged pores... could not take shower the first day. Then we complained they repaired it. Great stay. Great variety for breakfast especially there was brown rice 'puttu'. The spa treatment was great as they were able to fit me in. Would definitely return to the hyatt in trivandrum
