"Buyer beware!!!!! This place is awful! I reserved a 2 queen room and at check in they gave me a king bed only, did not tell me they switched it and when I showed them my reservation they told me it was my fault despite the reservation clearly showing 2 queens! When the manager arrived on scene she told me the hotel was full and they had no other rooms and that I had to take what they gave me! Wow!!!!! So don’t trust them! Staff was absolutely awful! "Hotel was perfect for what we needed. I would say the only complaint I would have is the door/window wasn't very sound proof and people where loud when walking through the halls. Two chicks dinner that is attached was so cute and delicious some of the best biscuits and gravy I've ever had!"

"Staff at frontdesk (young guy) was very rude and not professional, argue with guests. They didn't provide the room that we booked, give room that is less in value. Pool and breakfast not provided during our stay but no notification before and no refund. Terrible experience."

"The hot tub is closed down for a year with no warning on Expedia. The rooms heater/air conditioners stink. We had to switch rooms after check in as it smelled so bad. The bedding is old and the pillows were not supportive. Not worth the price. "

"Room was clean but we had to ask for extra towels and sheets for pull out sofa. Some confusion at check in where we had to wait to ensure they had a clean room for us. Other people checking in had reservations canceled without them being notified. Breakfast was good and convenient. I would stay here again. Teally cute property."

We had a 1 king bed room which was great for my husband to maneuver his motorized wheelchair in (there were no handicapped rooms available when we booked or at time of checkin) The room was basically clean but they need to get the baseboards & door frames better - was dirt buildup in those areas. "Room was nice. No elevator, only stairs and all rooms are on 2nd & 3rd floor. Terrible sketchy neighborhood. Bartenders were helpful, especially Jess, as there’s no front desk or luggage assistance."

"Such a great stay. Just be careful when you check out bc they charged me for parking and I didn’t have a car. I called after I got home and realized it and they backed out the charge. Some front desk staff were great, some Mezza Mezza. Overall, great place!"
