"Ho fatto una prenotazione di 4 notti. Quando si prenota un 5 stelle ci si augura di avere il massimo dei confort. Arrivo in camera, premetto che pioveva e facevafreddo, trovo la camera ghiacciata, riscaldamento inesistente, chiedo al personale, mi dicono che provvederanno, ma nulla succede, alla seconda lamentela mi mandano una stufetta elettrica. La stanza appena arrivato era piena di polvere, igiene alquanto scarso. Scendo per cena ed il piccolo ristorante è tutto esaurito, mi dicono di...

"Perfect for our overnight stay before catching a flight back to Australia. Staff very helpful with directions to get petrol and also with transport to and from the airport. We used Uber as there were no taxis available and the shuttle timetable wasn't suitable for our departure time."

"Modern hotel, licht, schoon, goed bed. Goed ontbijt, veel te kiezen. Gemakkelijk parkeren onder het hotel (€15 per nacht). Op loopafstand van het centrum. Kamer en badkamer waren wel erg klein, maar alles was spik en span. Koffie en thee kan je onbeperkt halen, in de eetzaal."

"Great location. Cafes & restaurants are a few minutes walk. If you are there on a Wednesday there is a market within walking distance. Staff are very helpful & responsive. I would certainly choose to stay here again."

"The hotel itself is great. The breakfast was good. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is right at the Train station and seems unsafe at night. There is nothing to do around the hotel, choices of restaurants are limited. There are a few fast food and sandwich shops in the train station as well as a supermarket. Getting to the airport is very easy using the Train and very inexpensive compared to taxi."

I like when I can ditch my luggage quickly on arrival. The hotel was so clean as has been every place I've been in Europe. The front desk guy was great, so helpful and sweet. If I had to say anything, the lighting in the room was very poor, but not a deal breaker in any way."
