"Yes the front desk very helpful. I got given a free drink as it was my birthday. So thoughful. One problem we had was the breakfast it was very poor. We arrived at 9.15am food dryed up. We did complain about it that was our worst Hilton breakfast we had. "

Only complain is the opening hour of the gym on 29th floor.
It is open at 7 am. Several people were waiting before 7 am to use the facility. It should be open at 6 or even earlier. THere is no body to physically open the...
