We really liked that it was right on the seven mile beach, the greenery, nature setting, and within walking distance to a lot of eating places and entertainment venues. I liked that there were utensils, plates, cups, microwave and fridge. Suggestion: to have an electric kettle and/ or coffee maker in the room Overall it was a good experience.

Room was clean, A/C was good and everything was in working / good condition. Wifi is good. Beach is amazing, wide and calm seas. I've stayed several times at Sand and Blue Seas and will return again for sure.

Had a wonderful stay and San and Blue Seas. Unit had everything I needed as described, just steps from wonderful large beach. Property very clean, staff super kind, felt very safe. Beach bar a perfect place to watch the amazing sunsets.

This was an excellent place to stay and you can get multiple rooms right next to each other! Very convenient location, super cute place, right on the beach, and felt very safe with lifeguard and security!

Stay was good .staff was great.. room was clean and smelled good..my only concern is the glass door. I could see outside depending on the lighting so was a bit paranoid if persons could see inside if the lighting was right. Also the noise from the connection door to the other room.Its not too bad but they had kids so the crying and fussing and playing was distracting. And I could hear everyyyy conversation and im sure they could hear me.

It was perfect for my needs. The room was fantastic, the beach and the bar are on the property. Couldn't ask for a better beach location. The staff was great. Smooth check in, no problems. I'll be back!

Love the mini frig and freezer . A coffee pot or maker would have been great. Bed and pillows were firm ❤️. Air Conditioning 🥶 ❤️ Beach was less than 50ft away. Everyone was nice. Would stay again.

Sand and Blue seas is the best affordable accommodation in Negril. Clean room with all the facilities you need and very friendly staff. The garden, swimmingpool and beachfront makes this the perfect place to stay with children.

The staff on the grounds were nice, friendly and very responsive to issues that came up. The location was great and right on 7 mile beach. The rooms could use some updating. I did notice that one part of the complex was quiet while the other side was quite noisy. I preferred the quiet side but I had to be moved because of construction going on. I would return again if coming back to Negril.

Property was fresh and clean. Nice space for the price. The kitchen had the basics but could have used some extra cooking utensils. Towels and beach towels provided. Lots of beach chairs and loungers available. AC was quick to cool down your room. Overall it was a great stay and the staff was very attentive to our needs. We've already booked our next stay for August!

Excellent staff and accommodations. Everything was great. Only slight hiccup was looking for the name and not finding the hotel. We happened to ask the right place, where it was, and lucked out that we were at the right place. Thank you for the amazing stay. We shall return and will definitely recommend!

The beach is just a few steps away, and has a marked swimming area, although it's shallow enough to go past that (just watch for the occasional boat). Located in mile one of the beach it's an easy walk into the commercial area of the town. Route taxis zip up and down the road as well, so you can get a ride instead of walking (also taxis regularly parked across the street, but they charge a bit more). The kitchen wasn't well stocked for cooking, but when we wanted a knife to cut up mangoes we bought, the lady at the front desk got us one. They were very good at responding to any requests. Our first impression was a tiny bit discouraging, but we found we loved it there.

Located about 50 yards from the ocean, the beach area has plenty of room. The grounds are maintained daily and look great, beautiful scenery. People working there are friendly and helpful, and the pool is great also. The area is overall quiet, safe, and plenty of food, drink, music within walking distance on the beach or the road. It’s a great place to relax or explore the beach and all it offers. I’ll be back 🇯🇲

The staff and the property were very clean and good especially my housekeeper was amazing and attentive. The only problem I have was the type of people that were staying in the villa. The smell of marijuana was unbelievable sometimes. I honestly think you get what you pay for. Bring your own towel because the towels are not white at all. I brought my own towel and bedding so it wasn’t an issue for me.
