Fantastic hotel I love this chain always so attentive and cater for every eventuality

Perfect stay at Bugana, the villa was well set up and lots of room for a family of four. We never had a bad meal and the choice for breakfast had something for everyone. The pool overlooks the beach so it’s very easy to keep an eye on the kids, but our favourite part was the staff so friendly and helpful. We will defiantly be staying again.

A perfect place to relax and unwind. Quite place to enjoy away from the hassle. The staff are nice, helpful and accommodating.

The staff at the check in counter were very accommodating with their big smile. Check in process is very straightforward as I booked prepaid. I was impressed with the place. I called it paradise. The staffs were very friendly especially Ronnie the Lifeguard and bar staff namely Binoy and Aldrin. I love the foods from snacks to dinner and breakfast.
