"It’s fairly new and it was clean and breakfast was good."

"Parking was good, breakfast was decent for continental style breakfast. Only issue was toilet was leaking on floor when flushed. "

"Hampton Inn in Ukiah is in a very good location. We enjoyed staying there. The only thing is house keeping will clean your room every other day. If you stay just 2 nights, no housekeeping. "

"Likes: Beautiful property. Spacious comfortable room. Wet bar and fridge were a nice treat. Cozy bed. Big clean bathroom. Nice balcony with table and chairs. Complimentary coffee and tea at local cafe a plus. Dislikes: No one answered the phone when we call multiple times."

"The tile in the bathroom was terribly discolored and the shower curtain was awful. Breakfast does not started until 7 on the weekend and it was late. We had to eat what was available."

"This was a one night stay on a very long trip. This place has some issues.Homeless people wandering around the parking lot at all hours, my sink was stopped up and wouldn’t drain. I told the clerk and he said it would be repaired. But it was unsettling to wake up at 3:00 am and see someone looking at your motorcycle at such an hour. I would pay more and not stay here again. Nothing really happened but it was unsettling."

"Nice clean room, stayed for one night and worth the price. Room has small cooktop, microwave and fridge very helpful."

"I'm not sure how this place had such good ratings. I booked a room and did not realize it was a "smoking" room. Is that even a THING anymore? anyway I can NOT be in a smoking room due to health reasons. The motel was not fully booked. I asked to be moved. The girl said she cant move the room in the system for some reason. I decided to try the room. WOW that was terrible and I have no idea how anyone sleeps in there. I only opened the door a second. Punched in the face with Old smoke. I went...

"Home away from home"

"I like the view and how relaxing the place is. We enjoyed the place."

"Staff was wonderful. The humans are trying, but more than 1/2 the buildings are red-tagged. The Front desk room is nice, the room we stayed in had possibly a new floor and bed, but when we left, I saw the stairs going above the room was red-tagged. At some point they may have put in a new building to expand, maybe it was the recent earthquake, but I will not stay there again. Just not safe."
