Hosts were very welcoming, restaurant was above and beyond, but room cleanliness was a huge miss. Long black hairs on the bedsheets, towels, and in the shower.

The room was excellent as usual the only problem I had with the stay is that nobody reached out to me to give me instructions on how to get my room key after hours and the bath mat for the tub needed to be replaced it felt like I was standing on a porcupine

We had basic expectations for the low price, worse than anticipated. Very poor condition, even for the price (paint, rusted bathroom fixtures, rotting balcony). But, it was the lack of cleanliness that made it unbearable. Hair, stains, and unidentified dried splatter next to bed.
