"Pros: Friendly staff, s'mores nightly firepit, beautiful location, amazing boardwalk. Cons: We were in the oldest part of the resort, the shower was one of those very large old soaker tubs with a shower above (make shift style). The TV in the bedroom didn't work, the mini fridge didn't work, and they forgot to clean our room (we were there for three nights). "

"Older property, but clean and functional. Great location to explore the area. Central to town and ferries. Looks like they are doing a development project and may be replaced with a modern resort."

"The room was excellent as usual the only problem I had with the stay is that nobody reached out to me to give me instructions on how to get my room key after hours and the bath mat for the tub needed to be replaced it felt like I was standing on a porcupine "

Convenient store has variety of food and snacks even Alcohol. Great place to rest and enjoy night after skookumchuck narrows trailhead. Want to come back again. "

"Davis Brook Retreat is not to be missed! The property is stunning, peaceful, and had everything you could need. The hot tub was amazing! Feels very remote while also being less than a 10 minute drive into town. The owners also gave us some great hiking recommendations! Would 100% stay here again. "
