"This is not a 'resort' just a rather pretentious hotel. A resort needs to supply info in the rooms about services. It needs to supply at bare minimum a couple of bottles of drinking water. It should include breakfast - this place has no restaurant. The coffee in the room was ghastly!"

"When we arrived at the room, the toilet seat was quite loose, hazardous actually. So we called for the attendant, he came up and said he couldn’t get a new one, which by the way, was not what was required. All we wanted was for the seat to be tightened on securely and safely. HE OR ANYONE, DID NOT COME BACK, during our 3 day stay to attend to this, even though we told them this was not acceptable. Also, there was a piece of flooring missing, that could be a tripping has.

The temperature in the room +30 degrees, no AC, no fridge either,
Tiny room (servants room), shoes have to be taken off at the front desk! Just lovely!"
