"I am used to a higher standard hotel. This is more of a motel style. However very clean. New sheets/pillows. Nice easy breakfast options. Staff was lovely, friendly & helpful with restaurants etc. Not fancy but walking distance to Nyack restaurants."

"Extremely run down!!!! Wallpaper was peeling in my room, bathroom vanity was in rough shape, tub was old, and the carpet was disgustingly gross!!!! Mattress seemed real old. Extremely disappointed for a Hampton inn!!!! Sidewalk is literally crumbling. Didn’t even have a diet soda for me to purchase. The eggs were like rubber pancakes."

"The star was friendly. The property was OK. The room was a stain, smell like cigars. It was marked on a chair stain mark the equipment in the fitness room was a bit rusty. I did not use the pool."

"This hotel should not be operating in its current condition. The issue was not with the staff, who were polite, but with the state of the property itself and the apparent lack of ownership or management. The hotel felt neglected, poorly maintained, and unsafe. My first room was not properly cleaned or vacuumed. Several lamps were not working, and there were insects in the room. "The property is very old and dingy. I found the rugs to be dirty and the bathroom was moldy around the tub and shower. The TV only worked partially continuing to go in and out. I requested to change rooms and they did accommodate me to a better room. More than likely it is my last time at the hotel, even though it is very close to where I want to be."

"Fantastic. The ONLY "complaint" I have is that apparently there is a giant car club meetup down the street early on Sundays - like really loud going past starting at 6:30AM! I was so tired so that was not ideal but at least we know now. And we were on the top floor."
