"Clean room, easy to follow instructions, but the lack of a fan or air conditioning in summer made it very difficult to sleep, which is the whole purpose of the hotel room."

"Das Frühstück war klein aber fein und hatte alles was man braucht. Filterkaffe inklusive, alle anderen Kaffe Sorten waren beim Automaten gegen Bezahlung. Personal sehr freundlich. Zimmer neu renoviert und liebevoll eingerichtet. Achtung!!! Das Hotel hat 5 Stockwerke und KEINEN Lift. Wasserdruck der Dusche sehr gering und im 5ten Stock kaum vorhanden. "

"so weit war alles in Ordnung, so wie wir es von größeren Hotels auch gewohnt sind. Zimmer sind geräumig, mit allem was wir für einen Kurzurlaub benötigen, unser Zimmer war frisch renoviert. Lediglich die Freundlichkeit des Personals lässt zu wünschen übrig, sowohl beim Check-In an der Rezeption, als auch beim Personal im Frühstücksraum. Ausnahme war nur die Dame beim Check-Out. Frühstück war etwas klein, für die Größe des Hotels und der junge Mann bei den frischen Eiergerichten hatte...

"Oh my gosh! We absolutely loved this hotel! The room was lovely. The view was fantastic! We had the castle view. ...the real star of the show was the breakfast! Hands down one of the best! I have to say it tied with Hotel Slon in Ljubljana! It was perfectly located close the so many walkable sites and easy to get in and put of town for car travel. We did both, car and even walked to the train station nearby for a few trips. We will absolutely be back!"

"I stayed at the Royal Ricc on my first trip to Brno, and I would gladly return. It had plenty of old world vibe, and the location (right in the old town) could not have been better. The hotel was also well located for restaurants and sightseeing, and was close (about a 10 minute walk) to the train station. Brno is a really lovely city, and this hotel provided a really nice place to stay."

"Ce n'était pas la chambre la plus confortable, l'eau du spa était froide et le coût est de 1000 couronnes. Mais le buffet déjeuner était vraiment délicieux et complet. Meilleur petit déjeuné d'hôtel de ma vie!!! Pour les gens avec une voiture. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est très bon pour souper aussi."

"Prenotato scegliendo 1 letto queen size, arrivo e ci sono 3 letti singoli. Chiedo di cambiare, mi dicono che non si può cambiare stanza perché sono fully booked. Però posso avvicinare due letti, mi dicono. Chiedo se possono farlo loro ma no, se voglio devo farlo io (comportamento strano). Cena OK. Colazione dalle 7, chiedo se posso scendere alle 6.45 per partire alle 7.15, mi dicono che è impossibile perché lo chef arriva alle 7. Però possono farmi una colazione da portare via. Ottimo ringrazio...

"This was just unique experience and visiting the gallery on the day we left (as we were just one night here) was amazing. We enjoyed the breakfast too and it was certainly great location to explore Brno. They take a €100 euro deposit because you are staying in a living museum.. Highly recommended if you like something a bit different."
