The room, including the en suite bathroom is no bigger than a standard American bathroom, airless, windowless, and claustrophobic. We did not sleep, no air quality controls. "The staff at the front desk were terribly Friendly- MS REBECCA, KUSEY (hope I got it right) and the very lovely GM of the hotel. She offered my husband the local beer which was a very kind gesture. We were surprised at the respectfulness, friendliness and everything that you can ask from a front desk staff. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast buffet was delicious. My husband enjoyed the bacon."

"An okay hotel and standard is generally okay, but a budget option. Bed wasn't ideal and was a case of you pay what you get. The Chur tourist card (free public transport) was great (you collect when you check-in) and meant easy 5min access to the train station. Bus stop right outside the hotel, so super easy. Staff were nice and friendly."

"No one was there. Everything is online the problem is their system failed so we couldn't have our room keys. For what you pay, the conditions are not great, the room is not good. I do not recommend staying here."

"A lovely hotel all round with friendly helpful staff. They kept our bags after check out so we could explore Chur for a few hours. Breakfast was superb. The bed was a bit soft for me but that's just personal preference. Great central location."
