"The resort has a restaurant on the premises which I found to be very convenient and the room was cleaned. However, for a resort there were no entertainments. Furthermore, there was no microwave available for the guests if you want to warm up something and no iron in the room. "

Juste le Stationnement qui n’est pas vraiment privé, on doit se stationner sur le Côté dans la rue et c’est étroit. Idéal si vous y allez sans voiture car les accidents / accrochages sont probables. "The private room was very clean and just big enough to stretch out. The air conditioning was very strong. Nikki, the receptionist on duty during our stay, was a wonderful help to us and devoted some of her own time helping us plan our time in Jaco. The pool is lovely, and the hostel owners make a wonderful Gallo Pinto for breakfast every morning."

"The staff was very attentive and helpful when you needed them. We did not have hot water one day and it was addressed immediately. The only negative aspect of our trip was the casino. It was advertised differently than we experienced. The hours of operation was a bit off from what we are normally accustomed to. There was very little play so the atmosphere was really dead."

"The only good thing about this property is the location. I had a private room. The room looked good when you first enter and it has AC. However, the wifi did not work in my room, only the common area. When I was about to go to bed, I noticed there were ants crawling all over the two beds! There were ants also in the bathroom. I tired to contact the concierge (which are just people in their 20’s working there) but they clock out at 11pm. "
