"I went to front desk to ask for an extra towel, staff member seemed bothered I asked, went to laundry room where I seen a stack of clean towels but was told they didn’t have any extra, water bubbled out of bathroom sink in the middle of the night and the sign was burnt out making it difficult to find the hotel at night"

"I’m not sure our room was cleaned thoroughly. I couldn’t sleep because their was a strong coffee smell and when I finally checked there was a large coffee stain on the bedding by the floor that smelled and couldn’t have been laundered.the chair in the room was almost missing a wheel and my husband tipped over abs fell out of the chair because of it. Also-when we checked in there was a mixup and they thought they didn’t have a room for us so we had to wait extra long to check in. The rooms are...
