"The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and also I was charged for the booking and I never even stayed in the room. I never even checked in because the rude customer or worker at the front desk did not understand that I was in a domestic problem, that’s why I booked the remote two and she wanted me to give her $60 extra to put in her pocket to be able to book in and say there at 2 o’clock in the morning and so yeah, and she kept buying saying that the manager was not there when he was...

"Everything was great except they put me in a handicap room and the shower water ends up all on the floor of the bathroom. I couldn’t imagine a handicapped person cleaning up all of that water that I had to and I’m not handicapped."

"The folks at the front desk were very nice and helpful. The property was a bit suspect and made ya rethink staying. Of course ya get what ya paid for and nothing more. There was some lady fighting at the back of the property when we were going to our room lol the room had a few bugs crawl across the floor which hubby killed. Very noisy from the other rooms. Paper thin walls, windows and ceiling apparently. Not sure I would stay there again if given the choice but adequate for a quick overnight...

"Place was clean but staff was very rude and when I asked about the pool for my kids to swim they said it's closed and after I asked if chance if they served breakfast they said no and were extremely rude and demanded that myself and 2 daughters, who just had their mother pass away, check out or they would have to call the police. I've been traveling for the last 2 years for work and have never been treated this way. THEIR POOL IS NOT OPEN."

"Waited 10 minutes to check in (had to call the number on Google and the guy sounded half asleep and looked asleep, same with the check out woman), room was gross, stained walls, broken restroom door roaches, AC was loud, cobwebs on the walls, unknown stains on the sheets, old pillows (they had that yellow tint). Worse place I have ever stayed but the stay was a last minute choice cause we had been driving all day. Don’t stay here"

"This property is beautiful. Our room was beyond gorgeous. Breakfast was great. I called bc it was going to be midnight before we arrived—- desk guy called me by name at check in and assured me it was ok. Enjoyed the nice shower."
