"The property is currently under renovation, but I'm sure once it's done it will be a very nice place to stay. There is only one person on staff at the front desk, so after hours you have to ring a bell to get service. The outside needs some work but the room I stayed in was quite nice. It's outside of town, less than 10 minutes from Lindsay, which makes it quiet. There is a nice restaurant and a couple of gas stations within walking distance. "The kitchen was a pleasant surprise. Fully equipped. We were only there for the night and used the fridge and stove. A longer stay and these amenities would definitely be very useful."

"Great well lit parking and nice desk staff. Bathroom floor has a build up of dirt in corners especially beside toilet. Carpets are worn dark grey prompting us to search for bed bugs but found none on the old mattresses. Blankets have cigarette burn holes. Bedding and towels seemed clean. "

The sweet couple running the place were incredibly kind and provided amazing insight on local places to visit and how to best go about exploring the nearby cities.
