"Great location in Old Town, very walkable yet quiet. The room we had, 155, really needs a remodel. The old built-ins were charming, if a little impractical, but bathroom and other furnishings, flooring and general maintenance needs improvement. Bed was comfortable and housekeeping was good. "Breakfast was good and hearty, plenty of options. The cleaning staff was good. The room thermostat did not work well and as a result it was too warm until I switched rooms. The parking garage pass I was given never worked and I repeatedly had to get a replacement after not being able to get out of the garage."

"Leider wurde mein Wunsch nach einem ruhigen Zimmer nicht berücksichtigt aber ansonsten gut, nur Parkplatz sehr schwer zu bekommen da schon früh überfüllt. "

"Upon check-in the room did not match the category that was reserved and paid for. I had booked a premium room with a view. The view was a construction site and not the city view. When I highligted this to the Reception, I was advised the view is subject to availability. I explained my concern & kept giving me the same explanation, the view is subject to availability!!"

"Ottima struttura, oltre le aspettative per pulizia degli ambienti, cura dei dettaglie cortesia del personale. Super colazione, nel week end disponibile fino alle 11.00. Comodo per raggiungere il centro con i mezzi. Trovato parcheggio libero anche nelle adiacenze ma ovviamente non è garantito. Consigliato!"

"In der ersten Nacht (von drei) ließ sich die Klimaanlage nicht abstellen - auch nicht durch den Aus-Klopf: Nach wenigen Minuten sprang sie wieder an und blies eiskalte Luft auf Kopfhöhe Richtung Bett. Nach dreimaligem Bericht an der Rezeption, kam lediglich jemand mit einem Heizlüfter, was natürlich keine Lösung war. Wir haben dann mit den Köpfen am Fußende geschlafen. Am nächsten Tag kam nach erneutem Nachfragen ein sehr kompetenter Techniker, der das Problem zum Glück lösen konnte. Er hat...

"Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Es hat wirklich alles gepasst. Hervorzuheben ist das überaus freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend und unser Zimmer war wie man es sich wünscht. Die Haltestelle der naheliegenden U6 liegt ca. in der Mitte zwischen Zentrum und Arena - perfekt! Absolut empfehlenswert."
