"I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel.
At check-in, I was assigned room 626. When I entered, I found that it had not been cleaned after the previous guests. The bed was unmade, the bedding had clearly been used, and the room was not ready for a new guest. I immediately returned to the reception and was moved to room 624.
