"To say that the photographs of the apartment were misleading would be a misuse of the term. Totally mis-representational would be more appropriate (it was a completely different space). On arrival, there was no-one there to give us keys and no-one answered the phone when we tried repeatedly to call. Only after we hijacked one of the neighbours keys and left a message through the ski hire guy did we get a call at nearly midnight and finally got let into a room (not the one we booked). They...

"We LOVED our stay at Chalet Christine. The hotel has a perfect unimpeded view of the lake and mountains, creating a zen relaxing experience, and the pool and jacuzzi add to the relaxing vibe. Breakfast was perfect, the room was gorgeous and comfortable. Elodie at the check-in desk was incredibly kind and friendly, she gave us great advice on what to do around the lake and helped us get reservations at an amazing restaurant. I hope to come back soon! But unfortunately the shower not existing only a tab and that very small is hard to give the Hotel 5 stars. Also not having a Restaurant on location during summer is not good "
