"This my second time staying at this place and when I thought things would have been better after the first time, It became worst. When I arrived the reception was closed from after 4pm or 5pm. my flight landed 7:40pm. The entrance gate was closed I had to open it on my own. "The owners and staff were awesome. They took time to get to know us and were so welcoming and helpful with anything we needed. They gave us info about how to get around and offered to organize things for us. The property was unique and the individual cottages were amazing. Be aware though, there’s no AC. It didn’t bother us but might be a deal breaker for some. We will absolutely be back! "

"The room was clean and well maintained during our stay. The property is a bit old and dated but comfortable enough. There are two pools and both have unusual layouts where you are not really able to sit by the pool to socialize or to watch your children if you have children with you. Only one of the pools have chairs at all and they are located on a "sun deck" on one side of the pool that is not visible from the part of the pool where you swim. "The ocean view was beautiful. The room was very spacious like an apartment. The manager, was very attentive and nice. "The room we originally had had a lot of ant's they moved us to another room no problem the mini fridge in both rooms did not work. The towels and wash cloths were not white at all they were stained or had stains of yellow on them. "Landsay he is awesome! He did everything its possible to make my stay the best in St Kitts! I have been here for 2 weeks but most time i traveled, went to Saba, Statia with Ferry, to Puerto Rico with flight , and of course when i was here i went to Nevis , the beach its amazing there, the ferry 2 minutes walk from this hotel , so everything was great!!!
