Staff was very nice and helpful but that didn’t make us forget how outdated and dirty the room was. The rug on the floor was ripped off on multiple places and my husband tripped over it multiple times. The sink was leaking underneath and everytime we used the sink, there was a puddle of water underneath. There were other people’s hair on all over the hair dryer and the counter tops weren’t even wiped clean. And don’t even get me started on white stains on chairs. They looked like other peoples dried bodily fluids, which looked disgusting.
We did not expect a lot of luxury BUT, for paying $257 a night I expected at least a CLEAN room. And we were utterly disappointed. I would never stay at Arinna again. Save your money and go somewhere else where they actually CLEAN the rooms.
