Everything was good

Everything was ok. the terrace is fantastic. Just one thing check before to book a ballon in get your Gide I found much more cheaper and exclusive there than what the hotel had. The location is fantastic ! It is really close to restaurants!

Our room was a real cave shaped, maybe little dark but we wanted to have the cave experience. From the terrace we could watch the balloons flights, it is well located. From the terrace we also enjoyed nice views during breakfast or the evening. The personal was very kind and helpful in any moment.

We booked there a budget room and that is what we get. Room and bathroom equipment was a really basic one. What this hotel makes exceptional is the staff, views from the hotels terrace and restaurant. I would like to mentioned the staff, especially the lady at reception who was helpful a lot with quite extensive explanation about the whole Cappadocia area. Her tips was quite valuable. The view from hotels terrace and restaurant was splendid. It was open to the whole Goreme valley and exceptionally fit to see it all over even with the Cappadocias highlight -> hot air balloons flowing over

We enjoyed our stay here. Laila was absolutely the sweetest, most welcoming and helpful host we encountered in our Turkey trip after booking about a dozen hotels. We wanted the cave experience and this met our expectation. The view from the terrace was beautiful and so convenient. I wouldn’t change a thing. Only con feedback I would like to share would be for fans to be available by request. Since there was no AC it got a little warm at certain times in the room. Overall one of our favorite stays in Turkey. Thank you!!!

Excellent customer service

We began planning 4 months before the trip. I sent the hotel a message and they answered quickly. After that, I exchanged information and asked a lot of questions. Leyla went above and beyond to answer all questions and accommodate us. She even arranged the balloon ride for us. She’s very friendly and would do anything to help you. We loved the property. The views of the area are magnificent. You can see the balloon event from their terrace. They have a very nice area to relax. Breakfast is good. The only thing was the road to get to the hotel which isn’t paved but it wasn’t a big deal. We’d stay in the hotel if we went back in the future. The customer service provide beats any other issue. Thank you, Leyla for your beyond excellent service.

Ok. I’m going to be honest. I had high hopes for this hotel because of the reviews. The initial drive up was a huge disappointment. It’s up a dirt hill, with falling down buildings and dumpsters. Once inside the property it was very very well maintained. The receptionist was so very helpful and kind. The garden and patio areas were kept beautifully. The breakfast was very good. Here’s the problem I had… the rooms! The beds were the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept in at any hotel in any country. We had two rooms with 6 beds total and they were all the same. There is no air conditioning and our one room had no windows so very stuffy. The bathrooms are in need of updating and cleaning. So while some aspects were great, the real need in a hotel is sleeping. This was difficult due to the beds.

Tutto perfetto ... struttura con camere comode e spazione e una terrazza magnifica da cui godere una vista stupenda di tutte le valli circostanti. Inoltre da sottolineare la gentilezza del personale e in particolare di Leila (parla anche italiano, in una zona dove la maggiore parte delle persone non parla neanche inglese )
