We had a great stay at Kaya Konak Hotel, for a honeymoon it’s a perfect place, we booked the Junior suite it was exactly like the pictures. It has romantic vibes. The manager was so nice and so helpful, and Sengul makes the most delicious breakfast it feels like you’re home I will certainly go back whenever I get the chance

The hotel manager, Mr. Átila, was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Highlight for breakfast: simple, but tasty and with quality products. The breakfast attendant was helpful and friendly. The rooftop was a disappointment. The photos showed a modern and pleasant space, but in reality it is poorly maintained, without the promised view or structure.

Great little boutique cave hotel. Room was very spacious and staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive. Parking is a little tricky. Overall good value.

Bom, porém com problemas de limpeza

O atendimento pelos donos é excelente. Prestativos em ajudar no que for preciso para os passeios e mesmo para fazermos algumas caminhadas por conta própria! Logo que chegamos, antes do horário do check-in, fomos recebidos com alguns mimos do café da manhã! O quarto que ficamos é bem aconchegante e bem decorado. Tivemos problemas apenas com a limpeza do quarto. Na primeira manhã no hotel, estávamos descansando depois do café da manhã e fomos acordados com a moça da limpeza dizendo que precisávamos fazer o check-out. Depois ela pediu para eu retirar o lixo do banheiro e entregar para ela, já que estávamos no quarto. Nos outros dias, pedimos para que fosse feita a limpeza, mas na sala e no banheiro, o chão e as superfícies não foram limpas, e estavam com vários pedacinhos de pedrinhas que caíam do teto, além de poeira. Em nenhum dos dias foi feita essa limpeza, ou seja, em 4 dias o quarto não foi limpo devidamente.

Very hospitable reception and good facilities

The hotel is located right in the center of Goreme. No complimentary private parking but there is a public one, not always easy to find. As an alternative, there paid parking. The hotel is really nice with good facilities and delicious 😋 breakfast. The owners are really hospitable and make you feel very welcome.

Centrally located. Walkable. You won’t get a panoramic vie with hot air balloons. Night shift receptionist and I had a trouble communicating since he didn’t speak English but it went okay. The room is nice and well cleaned. The bed is so comfy. I have to say shower head is poorly installed so the water spread all over. You won’t get a good selection at breakfast.
