"Отель расположен в подъезде жилого дома, поэтому вывеску с названием отеля сразу не нашел. Ориентир - второй дом от Невского, напротив хинкальной. В этом же подъезде также расположен хостел GoodNight и мини-отель Geleon. При заселении не работал кондиционер и холодильник, на следующий день утром не было горячей воды. Администратор Левон абсолютно не заинтересован решать какие-либо проблемы гостей, сославшись на то, что все проблемы решает управляющая. Пришла управляющая и все заработало....
