At check in I had to ring the bell three times and call twice because no one would come to the front to check us in. The lady did not apologize and had zero personality. It was hot in the evening and ac did not work very good.

None of our outlets worked, kinda run down but it’s a place to sleep. Pancakes were paper thin a machine made them for you, the bagel and bread smelled bad. The orange juice was like water.
