"The only good thing I can say about this property, is the breakfast was good. It's a shame , because this property has potential with a great location if only they would spend some money to update the property. It's outdated the furniture has probably been there since day one with stains all over the chairs and the beds are horrible! There is a musty order to the rooms and really needs a good cleaning. I'm sorry to say, I would not stay there again."

"We arrived at 10:30 PM, and I felt that the male receptionist could have provided better customer service. A more welcoming and professional attitude would have made our check-in experience much more pleasant."

"Good location for easy access to the I-35 corridor. Could hear the interstate noise, however, and although I had reserved a king bed room, they only had 2 queen bed rooms available. The room had a mildew smell, damp carpet and cracked sink."

"The room was perfectly fine. I would prefer to have soap available close to the sink - not in a container on the wall. No major problems... I thought the price was a bit high for equivalent lodging - I would stay again only if there was a 'special' -"

"Stayed for a quick two night trip to float the river. Our room was very clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. We didn't use the pool but it was right outside our window. Looked very clean and lit up nicely in the evening. Shower pressure was good. Front desk was friendly and fast checking us in at 1am. Would stay again."

"Towels were dirty and the bathroom sink faucet was very loose and the doors look very bad as if they had a flood in there, not fan in the bathroom, the room was hot when we arrived was off and didn't cool down very well. Breakfast was okay"

"Need better breakfast everyone always gives pancakes if we had better breakfast we would of stayed longer and the sun is very hotel a cover over the pool to counteract that would be great to use all day but it’s hot couldn’t get in til 6 pm and on. The room needs to be requested to have the ac on also when you get there it doesn’t feel good coming from all that heat to have to wait for your room to get cold that’s what reservations are for it meant we were coming I wanted a cold room."
