"No kitchenette as mentioned, only old microwave with couple of cutlery sets. Mould found in bath room, with unpleasant smell. Hard to fill up kettle with the old style basin set. "

"There is no staff on location, so if anything goes wrong, you get a sorry via text. The main phone number is disconnected. You can't actually reply to the text that they send you the information from. Personally I'd give it a wide birth."

"The property was amazing and in a great location straight across from the beach. The property was clean and well designed. Close to local restaurants. Pool facilities were great kids loved the spa. Only issue was there was a mix up with room keys being lost and never found thru our stay by previews rental people."

"Crystalbrook was an absolute gem of an escape. Surrounded by beautiful nature and tranquil surroundings, it was the perfect place to unwind and recharge. The staff were exceptional throughout my stay, warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. A special mention to Hugh, whose charisma, kindness, and friendly nature made the experience even more memorable. He is an absolute sweetheart and a real asset to the team. "Do not book the Studio room! Upgrade to the Villa or don’t stay here. The Studio rooms are barely bigger than a prison cell and are nowhere near 5 star hotel quality. The property is neat and the staff are so nice. Just don’t book the Studio rooms. "
