"Nice older hotel. Convenient to the Dunes. The pool is small and old. We did not use it. Breakfast was good. Same as most buffets. Free parking. The area had a storm a month ago and there's still cleaning to do. The restaurant next to the hotel, Unos, was awful. Understaffed and our pizza was over baked and had 2 pieces of pepperoni on it. There's no where else to walk to eat."

"The hotel and rooms are very clean! They are a little on the dark and outdated decor side but very clean. Coffee maker and creamer/sugar options the very cheapest and basic. Not a charger outlet on both sides of bed. Staff were all very friendly and check in process quick and easy. Pool was very nice and heated. Restaurant options are good. Hot tub didn’t work"

"Beds were comfortable, room was basic, nothing fancy but no complaints. Did not have the continental breakfast or use any of the amenities. Thought the price was a little high for such a basic room but it was near the casino and convenient"

"We absolutely loved our stay at The Neighborhood Hotel in New Buffalo. From the moment we arrived, it felt welcoming, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed. The whole property has such a warm, relaxed feel, and our room was beautiful, comfortable, and felt much more personal than a typical hotel stay. It was the perfect home base for exploring New Buffalo and Harbor Country, and we really looked forward to coming back at the end of each day. There’s something very special about this place. It feels cozy, stylish, and easy all at once. We left wishing we had another night and would happily stay here again. Such a lovely spot for a Southwest Michigan getaway. ❤️"
