"A short walk to soldier field and eating places around the area. The staff were friendly and professional. The room needs an updated. It says it’s a smoke free hotel which is not true at all. The room they have us in smelled like cigarettes smoke. They did changed us to a different room but when we walk the hallway it smells like marijuana. It has like a musty smell through hallways and bedroom. I will not be staying here again."

"Enjoyed the breakfast and location to drive to downtown Chicago. Wish there was an indoor pool or hot tub as it was closed for the season. Also would have enjoyed an outdoor seating area to be able to sit outside and enjoy the weather while at the hotel."

"I have stayed here several times. Yes, the property is older and is two buildings "made into one", but the rooms are mostly good-sized and well maintained. The absence of an in-room fridge is noted, but that's really of minor concern.
The hotel is conveniently located near a bevy of restaurants and shopping and is only a short walk from the Grand Avenue Red-Line CTA station."
