"The hotel was insanely loud. Loud banging throughout the night that almost sounded like construction, yelling, doors slamming, car alarms going off throughout the night. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable and the sofa in the room had multiple dark stains all over it. The room did not look like it had been wiped down at all. Online, the pricing showed that I would owe $34 at the hotel... Ended up paying over $80 for undisclosed fees. Parking lot entry and exit wasn't working, so it was...

"This hotel is a mess. I do not know how expedia is even hosting this place. We rented 4 rooms, out of which one room power was totally out. The only staff working at that time couldn’t help us at all. We had to reshuffle with the remaining 3 rooms. All the other rooms had there AC not working. In fact the staff said all the room was having AC issue. There was a free breakfast but the refill was slow and the menu is poor. Overall this place is probably the worst experience I have ever had."

"My experience was good, the room was fairly clean there was some dusty areas along with some hair and debri in the bathroom. Staff was friendly. The breakfast buffet was a little disappointing. There was no scrambled eggs or milk. Those are basic breakfast items. The orange juice machine was out of order. The fruit seemed old (apples,oranges), the only fresh fruit was the cantaloupe. Overall our stay was good. Everything is new and modern."

"I needed a place to sleep as my neighbor was playing overly loud obnoxious music. I found a room at the Motor Lodge, and hopped in the car. Place was lovely, quiet and clean. I was only there long enough to sleep, but it was exactly what I needed! I highly recommend this place if you are travelling through the Carson Valley!"

"The beds were very comfortable. They charge for early check in $28 which I did and was glad I did when I saw the long line to check in at check in time. Only2 people working, obviously that was not enough. No maid service pool was not open so do not know what they charge an amenities charge. Asked for coffee for our second morning and never received it."
