"I booked my room on Expedia when I arrived the guy said he didn’t have my booking information when I showed him the email he tried to tell me it was going to take 30 min to 4 hours. I told him the money was taken out so it should be there. Then he tried to tell me they don’t do price match and charged me 342 for the night. I had to have Expedia call them to refund my money! Then charged another person I know a cheaper price"

"Nice space and got a room with a separate bedroom but wasn't cleanest. Everything else was good."

"The front desk was very nice The room smelt like cheap cologne, the shower was soooo small. The water was warm, but I kept my slides on.... The bed was comfy, but the bedding was stained and very dirty The cops were there when we left, and someone was banging another door down at 4am"

"Rugs in the hallways smelled dirty and musty. Toilet wouldn't flush properly. The shower looked and felt dirty."

"Check in was awful, took them 20 min to find my reservation, the they said that they did not get the payment form Expedia. And they tried to charge me the current rate of $599 + Tax at check out! The staff has no idea what they are doing! No shower caps, Q tips... nothing... extremely disappointed. "
