"This was by far the worst hotel I stayed in, in Boston. The hotel is poorly designed and laid out like a hospital. The rooms are difficult to find and numbered in a strange way. The staff were not helpful. As I was checking out, I waited quite a while to speak to the lady at the front desk, who was on a call and kept me waiting for 20 minutes, at which point I had to leave for work. I had a very basic question for her which I had to leave unanswered. And the breakfast options were absolutely abysmal. This place should get shut down. I don’t understand who liked this place enough to leave 4 star reviews."
