"The room was clean and comfortable but there was a window ac unit and no shade on the window. Closing the curtains for privacy meant blocking the ac. The room also lacked a full length mirror and had limited bathroom vanity space. I did like the laminate floors, the room was a nice size and the bed was comfy"

"The elevator is showing age amd their computer system is sluggish. The staff is friendly, and the rooms are clean. The breakfast includes eggs and sausage and you can make waffles so better than a lotnof other hotels. Not as good as a Marriott breakfast but the price is better and the amenities are equal. Wonderful locatuon for easy on and off."

"We enjoyed our stay at BW Concord NH. Great staff, always available and helpful. Breakfast with a good variety. Hot tub is the highlight of our stay, a great addition after our daily walks. Pool is nice too and they have some pool toys for kids. What I would suggest as an improvement is the carpet and AC filter’s smell of humidity."
