Top New Haven Hotel Reviews
Cambria Hotel New Haven University Area
10/10 Excellent
"Check in was easy and quick. The person checking is in was nice and friendly. The rooms are modern spacious and clean. The lobby is very large and comfortable with a lot of seating. Overall, really nice place easy location to get to. There is a fee for parking, which is an additional $26 per day I believe. So that can easily add up if you have a lengthy stay."
New Haven Hotel
8/10 Good
"Very spacious room. Tired and a bit musty but clean and well-maintained. Lots of room to spread out; bathroom more than adequate. I really appreciated the enclosed, secure garage so close with the use of the footbridge. I do wish I'd been told I needed my room key to get out of the garage - I'd already turned it in. If it wasn't for the parking attendant letting me out, I'd have been stuck running across the street to get my key back from the front desk, all while blocking the exit."
The Study at Yale

"The place was great! Very clean and conducive to stay."
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham New Haven
8/10 Good
"All fine. Room was cooled to 63F which was welcome but a bit too chilly for sleep; easily controlled. All else fine, room clean and queen bed was supportive, pillows comfortable."
Graduate by Hilton New Haven

Luxury Furnished Apartments by Hyatus Downtown at Yale
8/10 Good
"We recently stayed at Hyatus Downtown at Yale and had a good experience overall. The building is convenient and easy to access with a designated parking spot and the apartment unit felt modern, bright, and welcoming. Other highlights of the property are definitely the building amenities; having access to a fully equipped gym and a rooftop is a plus. The location is practical, positioned centrally between local businesses downtown New Haven, and some surrounding low-income blocks. To elevate the apartment to a true 5-star rating, a few maintenance and housekeeping details need attention. The throw blanket in the main room needed a proper wash before our arrival. The bathroom also felt somewhat average compared to the rest of the unit, the lighting was dim and needed a lighted mirror, while the vanity counter and tub/shower combo were somewhat worn down. Overall, it was a solid 4-star stay with great building features and a nice welcome bag with snacks.👍"
Hyatus Luxury Residences City Crossing
10/10 Excellent
"The room was spacious and clean. Close to new haven union station, yale university and downtown. We enjoyed the pool, gym and the rooftop. Check in and check out process were very smooth. Sarah was very responsive to our questions. Would def stay here again."
