"Location on the waterfront was excellent. Walkable to everything. "

"When we first entered the room, there was a dirty cleaning rag on one of the toilets, and there was blood on the second toilet's seat. There were lipstick lip marks on the couch and on the wall beside the couch. The chair at the desk in the room needs to be replaced (felt like you were sitting on a hole in the middle of the chair). The hot tub in the pool area had a foul odour and had lots of foam on the surface (indicative of a lack of proper chemicals being used - the foam is from skin, oil, sweat, doderant etc...). The property offered us 50% off one of our 2 nights or a free night at a future date. We took the 50% off and will never stay at this hotel again."

"This property was spotless and the staff were very helpful. We stayed 2 nights and my only complaint was the breakfast. They advertise a hot complimentary breakfast until 10am each morning. Both mornings we arrived for breakfast at 9:20 am and there was nothing hot left. They need to do a better job at replenishing their breakfast items."

"The hotel was in a nice location and was very clean. It was extremely busy when we were there so there was a lot of kids running all over the place. It was quiet at night. Although the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Which is a deal breaker for me."
